Our Student Services Department, the coordination unit at Sunway, has been commissioned to undertake the channelling of our graduates to the Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP).
The FSTEP is one year fast-track training programme which begins with a six-month comprehensive classroom learning experience encompassing simulations, workshops, case studies and short attachments with financial institutions. The remaining and final part of the programme is a six-month internship with a sponsored financial institution. FSTEP is targeted at high caliber Malaysian graduates from both local and foreign universities with CGPA of 3.25 and above.
