Gerard Goh during his sharing session said that his university life was the fondest phase of his life. A graduate with a degree in Psychology, he explained that the programme prepared him to think strategically and conceptually, far beyond his peers at work as he was able to see and connect things better. “Work hard for what you believe in,” said Gerard. He advised the students to choose their first job wisely, “It doesn’t mean that when there is more money, that you will be happy. Make sure there’s a balance and that you will be happy with what you have gained. When choosing a job, think about what you value-friends, family and relationships”, he added.

The informal gathering was also a platform for the exchanging of ideas and providing networking opportunity for both alumni members and students. Informal gatherings such as this also further enhance the mentor-mentee system that provides students with the best support and learning experience.
