New facilities to meet the requirements of Sunway’s partnership with Le Cordon Bleu

Soon hospitality and culinary students will be able to learn from and savour the best in culinary education as RM6 million has been invested into upgrading the facilities at the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Management. These new and state-of-the-art facilities include the Demo, Cuisine and Pastry kitchens that will be ready by the beginning of April 2011.

Under the partnership, Le Cordon Bleu will validate Sunway’s Diploma in Hotel Management and the Diploma in Events Management. A new Diploma in Culinary Arts under the partnership will be launched in March 2011. Students who complete these Diplomas will receive two certificates, one from Le Cordon Bleu and one from Sunway University College.
